It is if your just starting out.
You got to “remember” when you started off.

Your business grows as your thought pattern grows.

It all takes knowledge of “I can do more”

A thoroughbred doesn’t go from the barn to the Kentucky Derby in an year.

If you know what i mean…

I would say depending Who is working it …2-days a week , So ya 8 days a month

As a solo guy do you really want more. Maybe a little more

Ok after rereading my comment it sounds worse than I meant. Am I discouraging small beginnings? Heck no. I myself did 5 grand a month our first few months. What I was trying to get at was when I read his post quickly the first time I got the impression that 4 grand a month was his goal. I now see he is trying to hit 8-10gs which I would agree is a great goal to start out with. I was a two man operation my first 5 years and we built to 10-15 grand on average throughout the season within a few years. we have also been 90% residential services since day one

His goal should be 4 grand route 4 grand residential. Sprinkle some commercial buildings in there

I guess I just use a different measuring stick for success. I just (Monday) closed a deal for a 25 store chain in my area. At this point for me that’s a big windfall of work. That and my other accounts gives me a stable enough foundation that I can bid other retail chains properly without the stress of wondering where my next tank of gas is coming from. I’ll set my goals, You set yours. If your in my area, Know I’m in your rearview and accelerating.

I like everything about this post Skipper!

Seems like it’s always the same crew on here with the support. Thank you.

These other ass clowns come on here like their schlong is longer then their squeegee yelling at the new guys you should charge this and expect that and shoot for this goal, spend five grand on such and such equipment. You made your post for the month -fine. Good. As for me, I like to come on here to rant to, celebrate with and commiserate with folks who are doing it (and have been) everyday.

Again thanks to the stand up regulars on here (you know if you are one)

Ive used that saying twice this week and thought of you @Skipper!

Congratulations on doubling after only four months! Willpower gets it done!

$2 per pane is my minimum too, except for French panes @ .75 to $1.25. Screens $1 for a wipe, $3 deep clean. I’m going to start charging additional for tracks too, maybe $1.

Is that for commercial and Storefronts?

just curious…

Yet to see a track in a storefront…

Some old building and new builds that house storefronts have them.

here’s an example.

Yup!

That’s a cool opening. I’ve still never seen them.
