commercial is tough… if there isnt a company around you who doesnt have a bunch of cheap non english speaking laborers working for them that work for $1 day then you have a shot at it…
i agree with chris do the job right there and then… make it worth the time you spent selling yourself and make your money right away.
if youre looking for instant work and reward get into residential… do some marketing that is high volume for an affordable price… the money you make on residential will triple what you would make on commercial… and when you are slow go make some of the commercial calls

I have just put out last week 2000 flyers after the dust storm we had over here.
I havent got one reply yet, so do fell so bad mate it takes time and never stop it will pay one day
