Yes. Everytime I get a tank regenerated It seems that some resin beads clog up my jets on the first use. I can’t explain it, because there is a filter, but it happens.
I always make sure to clean out the inside of the riser tube as I find a few resin beads in there from dumping the old resin. Maybe the person you use to regen isn’t doing this?!

You sometimes have clean them twice and an hog hair brush.

If it is new the silicone in the seals will cause this too.
the key is a rinse with fan jets a foot away from the windows too.
