It would probably take at least a few years to get 40 clients at 40 dollars each on a weekly basis. The only thing I think you could do to speed that up is to go after a franchise owner of some restaurants - some of these owners operate up to 30 stores I’ve seen. The problem with this is the locations will be spread out pretty far, making the profits not as profitable.
If you want a profitable commercial route, find an anchor, and then get every store in that general area. It will take some time and persistence though.
