Be very careful when using that line of reasoning. That is not always the case. In many states there are exceptions that override agreements an employee signs. I would check with an attorney to make sure that is legal.
There are loads of legal protections from the government for employees; not so many for employers.
I get it. Iāve seen alot of owners on here and other places make decisions that seem (to me at least) contrary to good business practices or legal standing.
