So I had some changes made on the first round of suggestions… Thoughts anyone?

Ok I see a slight difference in the window color at the squeegee handle. I like the second one. The third one the squeegee handle is hard to see with the darker blue window color.
1 looks sharp and clean.

Will the difference in orientations matter to you? How will each look on stationery, shirts, vehicles, etc.?

Larry brings up a good point. I voted for #1 thinking of T shirts and truck side doors. I think the longer one would look better on the tail gates of your trucks and your stationary.
Can you run with two different styles? They are basically the same, right?

All 3 are the same logo, just a difference in orientation, looks nice.
What color will the background be on your shirts and trucks? That will obviously change how the colors of the logo will look. I think it looks nice but…too complicated to look good on everything. (you said be honest :))

If you get bored of them - why don’t you do “coca-cola” logos or campbell soup tins etc, etc all with the name changed to “All County” - never a dull moment…
