Yea it’s BS they just started it not too long ago. Their website still states that your regular business license is enough. They said have to update their site.

I had phone call complaint once from a house that I put a door hanger on. He said my flyer damaged his door. It rained that day and the paper stuck to the door. I apologized, asked for the address, and went and cleaned the door up right away. I also cleaned the two sidelights of the door. Never heard back from him, but I did leave a better feeling of my business than he initially had.
That was a great move Garry!

The best rebutle I have found is, " I apologize, if you will give me your address Ill make sure you never get one of my flyers again", I usually never hear from them again…
