I know this has been exhausted as a question but I am just needing a direct answer that is explained and broken down. I am posting a picture of my Single hung window. It has one screen on the outside. To clean this window, I live in cheapo rural tennessee, how much should I charge for each different type of service. What I mean is just outside, or in/out. Or in/out with sills and tracks. Also when pricing is a double and a single hung window really the same? Do you charge seperately for the screens and if you are doing the outsides only how do you take out the screens because at my house the tabs are on the inside?
What are you pricing suggestions?

Start at $10, for the inside outside and screens. Tell the client you’ll wipe the tracks. See their reaction , if they say wow that’s a deal my whole house for $180! Then you can probably charge more . But if the client says , wow that’s a lot of money . Then the price in your area is lower. Price like this for at least 5-10 homes, take note. so you can get the feel for the area.

Just get in the damn ditches and get dirty… what do you have to loose? Time? While gaining experience and wisdom? But pay attention to your time there and learn from it. Man, we all have done this and forgive me for being hard on you but, just do something. Your next day will be better. Like I have mentioned to another guy (thinking his name was jkim) until you spit on the glass and dry it off with a leaf blower, you will never have anything to compare to. Compare your time vs. $$ earned and modify as demand increases/decreases. Stay focused Ace
