Go is an intriguing phenomenon, as far as strategy games go. If you study it for a bit you’ll see it’s like a bizarre inverse of Western Chess.
My daughter got me “Battle Merchants” for Christmas. It is a diceless economic game and I really like selling weapons to warring factions of elves and hobgoblins!

Sam why did you have to get me back into chess?? I’m readdicted now and find myself repeating “just one more” till late into the night!
Sidenote: I had a sweet one yesterday where my opponent literally messaged me “haha” and then “dummy” in response to one of my moves. I check-mated him three moves later.

And yeah it’s always the sweetest victory when your opponent has been talking trash. I had to turn off chat though cause I am too tempted to say something rude in return when that happens.
