Your idea would totally work in some of so- cals beach communities . Board short- tank top and some flip flops , then hit the beach afterwords . Count me in…
Lol I am confused.
Yes with pure water. Im not a fan of using a wfp on forst time cleans. I would rather be nose to glass to get a good detailed scrub and debris removal. My thinking was to use a wfp hose with spray nozle on a ladder for first tine cleans and wfp for return jobs. Having a spray nozle/hose at the window would allow you to really scrub the track out and wash the screen well right at the window.
Obviously it would be a while new approach and the details would have to be ironed out. That said you would for sure deliver a superior results. The big question would be is it more or less practical than traditional methods. I can see it working. It would be a matter of fine tuning the right system. With the use of wfp and screen cleaners it has already changed it from traditiinal methods and the only difference is your not soaking yourself down. My point is why arent you? If your working in 100 degree + heat and your washing everything with a hose/running water doesnt it make sense to just get wet and cool yoursekf down amd incorperate that into your approach to the job? The big question is in what way if any would it be a bad idea? Would it take away from your results in terms of time, job results, level of professionalism etc.
If the answer is yes then its a bad idea. If the answer is no then it might just be genius!
Thank you.
Do it and if you don’t dry on time, change your shirt or socks.
Lol. I may try it on my own house first. I’ll keep you posted.
Depends on how clean your di resin is. Are you worried about legionaries dease?
keep us all posted. youre the trail blazer
Why would there be a risk of this with DI water? Id thwir was a risk wouldn’t there be a similar risk using a wfp?
As far as I know the legionella grows in stagnant di filters. That’s why they want you to regularly flush them. It’s not absorbed through the skin but when you breath it in. So the fine mist that comes off the wfp could transport it.
Maybe I’m just paranoid, but I’d rather use the ro water or water from the tap to cool off.
You can also run your hat under the tap and put it on your head and it definitely helps.
