To piggyback on Chris’ services poll, what is the typical hourly gross for the services you offer? This might give us a feel for what to market the hardest or what to add to our list.
I shoot for the 100-125 an hour with window cleaning - even more if I’m using a WFP.
Rob I couldn’t help but notice that you listed the same hourly rate for CCU as straight window cleaning… was that a mistake?
I don’t do enough CCU to really give a fair typical hourly estimate, but I wouldn’t touch it unless it was 2 to 3 times a regular cleaning.
Keep in mind that these various services may have a higher overhead as opposed to the other. I’d say pressure washing has a much higher overhead cost then window cleaning.
For CCU, I charge about 3 times what I charge for a regular window cleaning, but then it takes 3 times as long to do . . . so the hourly rate remains about the same. You must be doing something really right to regularly score over $100 for window cleaning. That’s great!
Keeping in mind that my wife and I work together we average:
windows - $100/hr
Pressure washing - $90-120/hr
Chandelier cleaning - $120-150/hr (keep in mind many times they are small and I’m doing one or two so I can’t make alot but it adds to the job)
Gutter cleaning - $120/hr
