Hey Herman- I’ve been eyeing those lately. One of the UK suppliers has a controller mounted on the brush head that uses one of these- I think they call it the “autobrush” or something like that. It looks like a pain to use, the way they’ve implemented it.
The hanging point with any trigger system is, what do you do with the pole hose after the valve? I have a simple ball valve at the end of my air hose, and I’m always tripping on the pole hose
I think the aquadapter setup is ideal, but right now the cost is prohibitive- especially considering that I like to use a shorter garelick pole for “stepladder” work. Can’t have an aquadapter for every pole I’ll ever use- Same as Tory.

Here you have a simple ON/OFF switch valve that you can attach to the end of window water fed pole.</SPAN>
You could get smaller sizes so to attach to side of pole.

Alex are you referring to Peter Fogwell brush. It is really a nice design. You just bump the brush on the top frame and it cuts the water off. Did not know it used the water toggle.
It seems that at the moment in the way of turning water OFF/ON for your WFP there may be a change on the horizon.
As said in another thread manufactures are looking more to running hoses on the out side of the pole.
Could it be that there is going to be a change how you turn it ON/OFF?
Although there are small electronic devices out there that can do this remotely.
Or do you already have a better set up in the way of turning the water ON/OFF?

… The hose coming off my hose reel to my pole has a shutoff valve on it. I put that through my belt and I just reach down and adjust as necessary.

I like the manual turn off at the ‘t’ on the hoses at the brush head I saw on a reach it video, but not practical when working at heights obviously

these things break pretty quickly, but at the lower pressures of wpole work might last a little longer

with enough of the greatest minds working on this, there is bound to be something revolutionary on the horizon.

Thinking that if you had a smaller one that suits the smaller hoses.</SPAN>
Or any other small hand operator water valve that you would like to use.</SPAN>
Than you could attach to the bottom pole at the top end so to turn OFF/ON.</SPAN>
For ease of using without bending over to turn or pull hose to turn OFF/ON. </SPAN>
Also avoids trip hazards as the hose will not be around your feet.</SPAN>

Just finished putting an on / off switch on the WFP it seems to work OK.
And more manageable way of keeping hoses away from around your feet. (Lesser trip haze)
Easy to use, then any other water switch IMO.
Will be putting up an video soon.:D
