When bidding commercial jobs is it best to price by each window then combine prices at the end?
That is one way. For me it depends on the size of the place. If it’s a storefront or mall situation, I usually just eye it up and shoot out a number from experience. If it’s very large, I’ll do a count and price it per panel.

Most customers usually like a price for out only and a separate price for inside and out. A good rule of thumb is to charge 60% of the in and out price to get the out only price. For example if you charge $100 for in/out, then charge $60 for out only
