I left a couple bids and was wondering when and if you guys call them after you leave them an estimate to try to get that job. I realize u wont get evryone but one is better then none.
depends on the place… we always call the bigger ones… maybe 2-3 days after it was left.
how do you approach on the phone?
I’ll usually contact on the larger commercial accts,especially if I’ve emailed or faxed. I just say I’m calling to make sure they received the estimate and ask if they had any questions, sometimes theyll tell you if they need to send it on for approval and Ill ask when they expect to hear an answer…
