I don’t think so, Tony. The Vikes wanted him last year. Like him or not, there are many teams that I’m sure would love to have Favre on their team. I’d take him over Campbell any day!

I for one will probably be pulling for him just because there are odds stacked up against him to succeed. And because so many people are hating on him.
He wanted to play… But he wanted to be wanted as well. GB the past few years were trying to go into a different direction. Farve wanted Randy Moss and the Packers did nothing to try and sign him. The Packs have been letting good players go for the past five years.
I will be peeking into the Vikings from time to time.

Brett was a great quaterback, and Seth is right, he’s probably still better than Jason Campbell. I understand his love of the game and I respect his skills. But… he is 40 yrs old and already has damage in the rotator cuff of his throwing arm. No disrespect, but I don’t see him making it through the season healthy, The Jets hought he was gonna make their season, they didn’t make the playoffs.
I wish him the best, I just don’t see it.
