I’m my card where it says one time , it’s the same as yearly for me
I charge office buildings and store fronts residential prices if they want anything less often then quarterly. I got called from Keller Williams main office other day, I added 12 of they office fronts, each with about 3-7 panes of glass. I got $50 each job after offering $25 each.
The head lady told me NO WAY. When I said cheap price, I’m like omfg here we go…… she says don’t sell yourself short, we know all about you and your quality. We will do no less than $50 each except the two locations that we’re back to back, I did it for $50 total (both fronts totaled 8 panes) . KNOW YOUR WORTH.
For your exterior only resi customers what else do you offer? Do you do just windows? Screens? Do you get pretty good responses with just doing exterior? I understand doing in and out really is the way but seems like there are people that are ok with just the out being done. I’m working on a business model to keep myself outside so I’m trying to do my homework. Haha.
My exterior only are people who truly can and want to stay active and handle inside after my initial cleaning.
I sometimes offer screens but not every time I show up that’s a waste for everyone and deteriorates the screens longevity.
I’m glad you said that. That gives me a base to target. I’ll still advertise to others, but I feel this is what I can wrap my head around haha. Thank you!
Do you do sills? Wipe the frames? Any things like that? The screen option I’m pondering but I would have the owners remove them.
How do you think a square footage vs a per page would work?I’ll have a minimum for sure.
@GenaroGuzman do you still use that same card?
Bad font.
Looks like Gle ning to me
Stick to the basics. Arial, Verdana, Myriad, TNR etc
We don’t use that card anymore , but our new one is very similar
That’s pretty much what I was trying to ask. If you still stick with the same scope. Haha! Thanks!
May I ask how much exterior only work you do? If at all.
Not sure , maybe 1/3rd of our jobs are outside only .
