Alot of that self cleaning glass requires under waranty that you use a specific ratio of either ammonia or vinegar to do the first cleaning. Just something to check into.

This is from 07 but thank you. Do you guys have any other suggestions? I quoted my first two new home residential ccu’s last night. I stated I will need a waiver signed. I am looking for any other suggestions on removing mortar and crap off the glass.

Titan cement off and a sponge for mortar. A razor should work for paint and “crap”, but you can use oil flow too, if you need to.

Make sure you see the jobs in person before quoting.

Also research the builder, to check out their relationships standing with vendors and others.

I did go to the site first, before qouting. Took pictures of scratches, etc…

I never did look up the builder for relationship standings. That sir, is a great tip. Thank you, Steve.
