Yeah surfing here is the best! Just moved here 3 months ago and started working just 3 weeks ago. Have had 5-6 houses so far, 3 houses in 3 days some shops. Going well so far. As far as the prices go, it’s the same, if not more. A lot of ocean spray is great for business
