One more thing!
We do not open roll-out casements and clean them. We bring this up politely to customers and they almost always understand.
The two reasons why - and we rarely explain this to the customer - are (1) the hardware on so many casements are super unreliable and fall apart! This not only takes additional time to deal with it might also bring up a liability issue. And (2) the mechanisms inside those windows often are greased. Brushing grease is no good! The brush or the towel has to be discarded lest you rub onto some other thing by mistake.
So we simply don’t do it. It’s why we love casements!
