Client or Customer?

What are you talking about ? This is your first Post in this Thread. Did you post under a different name ?

My comment from the other thread was quoted in this thread.

I posted another thread about a year ago and used the term client. Someone made an issue out the use of the term in that thread. That thread was referenced in this thread and my post was quoted.

Gotcha…Thanks for clarification…

Interesting , I’ve been calling my clients/customers as “home owners”

Example:
‘Please be cautious with the home owners garden ‘

What do we call the owners of the businesses we do ? Homeowners ? I got it…Business Owners !
But that doesn’t sound right. CUSTOMERS !!

It would be like the Grocery manger calling his Customers, " Food Consumers " or " Eaters "…or
" Refrigerator Owners ".

I’m about 95 resi , but I guess I would call them managers or assistants managers . I guess I would call them by there title , haven’t given it much thought

Lets say you were having a discussion about frequency of cleaning I will often say I many have customers who have their windows cleaned every quarter.

That why my ringtone for all customers/clients/revenue sources is “Money” by Pink Floyd.

That’s awesome

That was my ringtone for a long time, too. :joy:

I thought I was the only person who feels it a bit off to call those to whom you provide cleaning services ‘clients’. It’s always been ‘customer’ to me.
There is a woman who cleans houses and gets me the windows sometimes; she uses the word ‘client’ and I always laugh/groan inwardly
