I read that article. Interesting take on doing windows. I know some companies have had bad experiences subbing out the windows, but somehow I think it was a poor choice of subs in the first place. They probably went for strictly price instead of doing their homework on the company. As w/ any kind of hiring it’s about taking the time to get the best people not the best price.

Janitorial firms that use us as sub-contractors make up about half of our business. We even have a window cleaning co. use us to do the high rise work! Every year I send out flyers to all the janitorial firms in town. Often they already know who the decision maker is on buildings and sales are a lot easier and more effective.
