That’s exactly why I was thinking contracts, to protect my time and protect from the flakes, just had a cleaners contact me, told me his guy hadn’t shown up in 2mth, did a contract with a escape clause and he used it a day later

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but it worked well for me and stabilized the route side of my business.
