This is exactly what happens. Anyone can import or export/delete their customers at any time - it remains your CRM/Database.

All that it is used for is so that if one of your existing customers books you through the app, there is no referral fee, and that you’re the default provider! Win/Win/Win

If you don’t use HouseCall Pro, you can’t be booked in HouseCall.

If you do use HouseCall Pro, you can be booked in HouseCall. (you can turn this on or off - we don’t care, but ask any Pro in San Diego what they think).

If you choose to use HouseCall Pro, and then you choose not to renew, then you simply delete your account and along with it your customer database.

We can be rough and sarcastic, but I don’t think anyone is trolling.

Perhaps a workflow video would be helpful. I think the issue is that there is concern with the public app vs the private crm. What’s the relationship, who can see me vs other companies, what about my customers and data, etc.

If we don’t understand, we must be trolling. It’s our job to understand. We aren’t supposed to be skeptical.
