Our winter is hanging on still. Just burned garbage behind my house today and the snow was at knee level. We’re getting maybe 3 more inches tonight/tomorrow, a few cold days, but then 40 on Monday and Tuesday.
Yesterday was nasty, but it’s 34º and sunny today.
I think it’s the warmest day of the year, so far.

Snow? What’s snow? My head hurts from all the sun here in the desert. I had to fight off some bees yesterday though, so I have it rough too. Right?
Snow is like a white cold dust storm.
We will have on and off rain tomorrow. It will be colder on Friday so I will power through tomorrow. That way I am off Friday

Believe it or not…Louisiana
These last few years have been consistently in the 20’s for quite a few days. It used to be if we hit 30 degrees that was the coldest

The jet stream is all out of whack.
The “dip” is way low, rushing in the cold air that would normally be concentrated to the midwest/north east.
The sun will come out and warm things back up, but if it’s a cloudy day, and the cold came overnight… it just kind of lingers.
That dip holds the warm air to the west, instead of keeping it south.
Which is why we have so many smartassed members from California boasting about how hot it’s been.
