In the process of having all of my business cards, estimate forms,etc. printed. They should be ready by the end of next week. My question is do any of you have an example of a customer satisfaction sheet I could use or at least get and idea of how to create one using the correct wording. I have a couple of jobs scheduled for next week and want to start getting testimonials and ideas of what customers think of my services.
I always have my wife call my customers the day after we perform our service and do a real quick survey. Then she passes on the replys to me and my guys.
