The bill came out to exactly $1000 + tax. She went into some type of mental shock. She quickly wrote the check but then mentioned that the ‘company’ who had been there last charged 300. I felt a bit bad that she had been vastly undercharged by what was obviously the epitome of what a professional company isn’t, and thought they were the standard.

Did a quote for a 3 story today. The woman called said she was not happy with the work of her present window cleaner of the last few years and wanted a “Free Onsite Estimate” that my doorhanger has on it. I was like 15 minutes away so I said I’ll be right over and do that for you. Several difficult to reach windows but nothing I can’t handle. She wants in/out quarterly. I quote $852.00 with 10% off for each quarter after that. She said that was significantly higher than her other window cleaner. That’s fine, I have a mostly full schedule so I’m making bank on my prices. Now, here this lady says she is not happy with her window cleaner and wants someone to do a better job - but she ain’t getting that better job for the same poor job price she is paying for. Next.
