CVS doesn't want to consider a bid

Ha, That’s a good idea.

It’s not so much that I want it, but that the windows really need to be done. And, this store is in one of the highest property value areas in town.

The more I think about it, the less it seems worth trying to get. Because, if they are willing to let the windows get that bad and not even consider a bid…when they finally do decide to get them cleaned they’re gonna want a one-time clean at bottom dollar prices.

Ha. That’s funny right there.

You know BostonMike, the guy I talked to, did say they tried to clean them. We both laughed at the same time. He didn’t look like he wanted to talk about it in front of the employees. A couple of windows had signs of squeegee smearing, which made those windows look worse.

I usually say that the employees did an excellent job when you take into consideration that they are only amateurs. Managers chuckle and seem to get it when I say it like that.

Ha, I’ll have to remember that one.

Does anyone know if big chains like CVS would want pressure washing services? That wall in the picture looks terrible.

The "C ". Doesn’t stand for clean. So I doudt it.
