My store front decals are starting to bubble up a little bit… i don’t know if it is from the heat or moisture, or what… But I was wondering if there are any techniques for getting rid of the bubbling effect without having to completely redo the decal.
Depending on how old the decal and application is, pop the bubbles using a pin and press down on the bubble. If it sticks great if nothing else it will breathe and not get larger.
I agree w/ Art. Also, if they are near the edge, you could try to smooth them out w/ a plastic scraper. A friend of mine that does vinyl applications uses this technique along w/ what Art described.
