Humm, I havenāt had a nightmare customer per se. Nightmare jobs yes Iāve had those.
we just did a customer this morning who weāre getting frustrated with. from the very beginning sheās been pushing for a lower price and then each time weāre there adds things to be done and then is shocked that we charge for them. weāve compromised so much over the last year that now we are doing what a new customer would pay $270 for for $165 and now sheās upset that we didnāt do things that we never agreed to be doing.

Here is a Night mate customer . Cleaned her house 2 years ago everything went fine except when I folded one of the windows in I didnāt realize that the leg came out of the boot. So she got all but hurt, An called me back with an attitude, so I Went an put the boot back in ā¦ simple fix.
2 years later she calls me back for an appointment , which was today. I called her yesterday to confirm. She starts going on about her screens , An telling me how we need to take them out. " you need to open the wi does 6" above before you take them out". Duh really!!!
After rethinking this someone must of told her the reason why the boot came out is because he didnt lift the window up high enough ā¦ it was one window that I folded in. It was a roof window. Shoot me I fucked it up ā¦
So back to today I arrive at her house knock on door hi how are ya bla bla bla . We start working my guy is in Iām out. My guy gets all the screens out ( half screens). He sets them up outside. I do all the out sides , them brush ,An wipe down all the screens. Jump In my van to make some calls, as Iām getttti in my van she sits down on her chair in front of my van. My guy comes out to get the screens to put them back in I see her saying something then start walking over to me. Iām like WTF now. She starts bitching that her screens arenāt cleaned right she see no water I want them Cleaned with that machine you had last year. I forgot I used the screen cleaning machine last time. I said Maaam I brushed all your screens An wiped them down thye were down properly there as clean as clean gets. Oh no you did a half ass job Iām paying you half then . Iām stopping the story there.
I have brushed thousands of screens never ever have I had any complaints. Btw I didnāt have my screen cleaning machine with me to appease this nitemare of a customer
Yes I could of broke out the hose An cleaned them that way to appease her, but it was the way she approached me. Iām telling ya she was looking for something an i believe even if I did hose them there would of been something else. So I took half my money 150 An left. Letās see if she leaves a bad review. My next customer got lucky because I did a bunch of xtra stuff just cause this lady rattled me.
Ya drop her trust me once they get butt hurt cuss of money, which I think is another reason why this lady today gave me a hard time I raised her price. I mean 2 years later itās going to be the same. No need for customers like this. Trust me.

Earlier this year I was working for a woman who was a neighbor of a friend/client. I did the in person estimate then came back a week later to do the clean. I was in the house about half an hour when she tells me she needs to leave for a bit. She asks if that is ok, I tell her that people do that all the time.
She then asks me if Iām going to rob her. She was serious. There was no follow up drama or anything but she had no idea how disrespectful she was being. I wanted to walk but I didnāt.
