Does anyone use a Sea Sponge wo detail edges of glass? If so, what are the advantage or disadvantages to using a sponge over huck towel or other methods.
I never used sea sponge but i think the guys that do are using them for getting up the bulk water and then detailing with a huck.
A sea sponge will leave a streak. That is not what they are used for. You use them to wipe the edges after you wet the glass before you squeegee. It picks up and dirt and excess water. Also used for wiping frames and ledges. Old school wcers always used them. Not so much now. I use to always have one in my bucket. I wfp all outside now.
