Video looks like it was professionally produced ( nice ! ). I noticed you do not catch the water with your strip washer. Is there a reason you don’t catch the water ? Maybe this was made for fun and entertainment only and not meant for training ? I guess I was surprised to see you not use that technique on the inside.
