Do you increase your prices every year?

Yes. I am a one man operation. I don’t go on estimates very often, so it doesn’t take up much of my time. My last estimate was about 2 years ago. I like to meet potential clients in person for estimates. I can understand people using the estimate software if they have a lot of estimates. That will save them a lot of time.

So do you take on many new clients or are you booked out?

Just wondering how a customer would get a price, if you didn’t do an estimate as such… or do you have flat rates?

I do not take on many new clients because I am booked up. I charge by the window.

Thank you, Chad

I’m planning on raising prices every year. It doesn’t have to be much maybe 5% at most. It just helps you grow with inflation.

One option would be for commercial customers: In order to keep up with the price of gas and inflation, we’re raising the prices by 5%. But if you would like to prepay for the year, we’ll give you last years price.

With this option, your AR is no longer a problem.

For residential: In order to keep up, yada yada. But if you schedule your cleaning before March 1st, we’ll give you last years price.

With this option, it gets your calendar booked earlier.
