Email is another one of those topics I’ve done a ton of research on – and learned a lot of things I’m personally doing WRONG. Anyone using email (i.e., for newsletters/email blasts, not just correspondence) with good returns? What program do you use (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.)? How often do you send things out? What kind of content do you include? What kind of open rate do you get? Click rate? Actual sales?
Again, this is also research for an upcoming article so I may want to contact responders for the article.
