Maybe they all suffer from Slow-mo Tourettes disorder. That’s a medical condition that effects ones speed and dexterity. It’s a very rare disorder buts it’s possible that you have hired a few of these people.
I would be careful of firing people like this. There are many Health and Disability and Pension Rights that people who suffer from this disorder can file under.
