Any tips on how to find good people to do flyers outside of my own people. Just looking for someone to delivery flyers and know they are put on the doors. I will have to drive around a few times no doubt to begin with but any questions I should ask them.
Do you think 10c per flyer is fair.
Do any of you currently have someone that does just flyers for you?

One way to check out the going rate is to look on craigslist. Its not a def figure but gives you an idea. But in my area its going about 7 to 10 cents a flyer. Good Luck
I’ve used craigs list in the past, mixed results. I make a point now to let the person know that if they decide the job sucks they can bring the material back and be paid for the time they put in no questions asked. Some in the past tried it, didnt like it and kept all the material and stopped taking my calls (it’s no fun passing out fliers).
Just try to weed out the loosers. I pay them cash $10 per hour.
Hey Wayne if you pay them cash, $10 an hour how many flyers do you expect them to put out per hour, especially given that some areas, bigger homes can be further apart. Do you currently use someone yourself right now who does JUST flyers or do you reckon its better to keep it in the family so to speak with regards to who you use as help for cleaning windows, so when theres no jobs ask them to deliver flyers?

I currently use a couple distribution companies here in Phoenix. The rates I get are .9 and .10 from two companies. They both do different amounts and will do co-op or single. I’ve been thinking about hiring some kids to do it, either family or friends who need some extra money, and just give them a flat amount. I would go around the area kind of spot check after they are done to make sure they are not just throwing them in the trash!
I pay 8Cents a flier. I want to see at least a 800-1000 fliers out a day when I’m putting out.
I pay a kid from my church that I know very well.
We have maps and certain areas we hit up a lot, so his fliering routes are specific.

I pay friends or teens to do it, I don’t know how well I’d trust an outside source… I looked one up once and they wanted $.14 each
The biggest thing I stress it that they make sure it (the door hanger) is secured properly… nothing loses a prospective customer like leaving trash in their yard.
