Someone beat you to this idea. Joseph Stalin- the father of communism. If you owned a field and made a living off that it now belonged to the govt. you worked for free and the govt subsidized your cost of living. Same thing?? Not really but just as crazy an idea as communism.

Still working on it. I have my staff on it as well. I’ll let you know how I go. That book Free that you referenced is great. It mostly applies to products and web based stuff with low overheads. It has never been applied to a service yet. I will be the first. I have to really focus and figure this out. Thanks for all your input. Positive and negative. What has me really pumped is that you can show up to a job, take your time and do a kick ass job and not worry about the next job and how you are tracking with time and if you quoted right. Just do a great job and move on.
