Let’s not forget that also in these gated communities there are high security alarm systems that are extremely sensitive! How embarrassing would it be if you were just leaving a simple flyer at their door or paper box and a loud alarm went off. That would be a hard one to explain yourself out of:(
Seriously, just save up the money and do a nice direct mail campaign. With all the direct mail houses on the web you can have pinpoint accuracy of who you want to target to.
Here in Las Vegas we had a incident were an alarm went off at a house NOT even in a gated community!
All we were doing was passing out flyers and parked outside of their picket fence. I never figured out if they tripped their own alarm or if we were parked too close. But talk about unnerving. It was so deafening that the whole neighbourhood heard it. Let’s just say that we drove out of that community ( after we passed out more flyers because we have nerves of steel lol)
I had the police give me a kind reminder to STAY THE HELL OUT. It is very inexpensive to do a targeted postcard
mailing in these areas. Depending how bad you want to get in, a letter may be better.
I would look into if they have a community directory and any type of weekly paper that gets distributed. You can
infiltrate the compound in many more ways then running around illegally.
