Has anyone ever heard of this? Sounds like a good concept but wonder how well it works and for how long it would last.

It looks very similar to the scratch film that "Glass Technologies sells. I haven’t had much use for the stuff but when I see new windows and dogs I like to put it on the sliding glass doors.
Yea dog snot can be tuff
The last time I used it was for a customer that just got new pella 8’ tall sliding glass doors. the 4 labs just loved to scratch on the glass when they wanted in or out. I figured this stuff would be good to save the glass from the dogs.
This product sounds similar to Sanishield. From what I hear Sanishield must be replaced every 3-4 years or so. It also claims to keep glass cleaner longer by not allowing rain drops to stay.
I have never really liked Sanishield, its hard to get clear if you use to much. the stuff I was talking about is a film almost like tint that you would apply to the glass. when it gets messed up just peel off and reapply. I just can’t seem to find the site, sorry…I will think of it at some point today. My brain is in weekend mode.
A few more here.
