Disagree, helping them maintain a bit between cleanings will make them happier in the long run and they will even respect the work you do more
“Enabling” those with a clean 6 foot section of white carpet, that gets vacuumed daily.
But you and I know the filth that lies 6 inches behind that ‘clean spot.’
Same for windows, ‘front door looks great, no need to call out the window cleaner.’
‘Forget about the spider shredding that fly on my bedroom window.’
Sprayway is pure water. Deionized water.
Thats good stuff to use but there is a problem. A can of sprayaway given to the client does not help my branding.
I want to solve their problem while reminding them of our company. A small spray bottle accomplishes both agendas. I also dont want to leave them with to much solution.
GG has instructions on the bottle for mixing a solution to be used with a rag and spray bottle so you are safe just mixing that solution. It is just water and a tiny bit of GG. An alternative is to purchase a spray away that gives you permission to relabel the product. Fish has a sprayaway product that they relabel. Pretty sure they don’t make their own but not positive. Positive they have a sprayaway product as I have seen it and used it.
I would stay away from slip/soaps. Even for us we get streaks at times and we know the product. Sprayaway is ok. Personally I can’t stand it anymore. I use Miracle glass, both spray and liquid. Not a foam type and works really well since formulated to get rid of film on windshields which is great since the businesses I clean , god knows what these folks have on their hands. If I was to do what you suggest, I would make my own. I use a bit of vinegar, denatured alcohol or rubbing alcohol, and pure water and sometimes a tad of multi surface spray. I use cotton type, flour sack or huck. Paper towels work well with it too. I avoid microfiber. Lately I get these little fibers sticking to the glass??? A good window towel to use for quickies is the blue Quickie glass cloth from Lowes. It is a mix between the tight weave microfiber and the fluffy one. You can buy your my spray own bottles and have sticker/labels printed. I use this mix all the time for everything and dont get streaks. Use it to clean residue drip spots if the sun bakes it on. Works well for me. Get a can of Miracle Glass and try it. When you need a good spray it does well and does not have the residues like other sprays or ammonia like the windex spray.
Make your own bottles and labels. This will get your brand noticed.
