Help, new RO not working out!

Hi WCR fans, I have an on board 125 gal tank and have dual pumps to run two poles. They work great, but I needed a cheaper way to make pure water to fill the tank. I had a sediment filter then a carbon filter and ran it through a Tucker DI resin tank. But my house has 200 ppm and we went through $200 in resin in three weeks!
So, I was advised to add a 4" X 40" RO between the carbon filter and the DI. I was told that with my city water pressure of 60 psi that I would be all set.
But, when I hooked it all up the best output was about as skinny as a pencil stream, which will take hours to fill my 125 gal tank. The RO did reduce the 200 ppm down to 17 ppm. The waste water nearly shut off was putting out the same skinny steam.
What should I do, do I need to buy a pump? If I need a pump, then what do you recommend, and where in the line should it go?
I have added pics to help.
Thanks for any help!
Matt

Yes, you likely need a booster pump.

I doubt your membrane is the correct one for an application without one.
