Help pricing jobs from pictures (6 -10 of 13)

There may be a reason your income fluctuates so much…

You are correct - my income fluctuates based on what value I determine the job to be. Of course I look at the obvious obstacles, but I certainly don’t have a “per shrub” price. I look at the whole picture - accessibility, neighborhood, home value, the owner, level of service desired. When I first started I was real big on flat rate pricing, but soon found out that flat rate doesn’t work around here. So now I customize a price for each situation depending on many factors including the customer’s needs/expectations.

When I clean a couple senior town homes - I might make $25 - 35/hour.
Clean a middle class home - $35 -50/hr
High end - $50 - 75/hr

But then again I know guys who make $100/hr - but go figure…
