Help Selecting A Pole - Tucker Owners?

Hey all-

I’m trying to design a rig for cleaning awnings. I am not going to be using pure water at all. Question is - most WFP look to me as if the water sprays out of the brush. I was looking at a tucker pole and they look like they spray above the brush. Is this correct? Does the end of the pole have a threaded adapter for a garden hose, or what??? It’s hard to determine what exactly you need when you don’t have it in front of you.

Also, on the tucker poles, is the stem threaded to accept pretty much any threaded component - such as different types of brushes, and or “paint roller” - or even a t-bar scrubber? Thanks for any feedback.

AND - If anyone feels generous enough to pm or email me with some awning cleaning advice - chemicals, process, etc…that would be much appreciated.

No, you cant put a scrubber at the end of a Tucker pole. Yes there is a fan jet at the top of the gooseneck but that is not on all the models. There are also 2 holes in the brush that shoot water out too. No you cant put a roller on it…unless you do something to make it fit.

Did some more research - figured out what I need to know. But on the other hand, if anyone is willing to talk pricing via pm - I’m all ears…

For a new pole? Hit up Alex here on the site, he sells them new. Otherwise go on craigslist and you may get lucky with a used one, but you will have to make sure all is in working order…no holes in the hose, no dents in the pole and all sections will tighten.
