My company has a 2 million policy that covers us for res, commercial and that includes window cleaning, pressure washing, and all the services we offer however it is rare if never that anyone asks us for it. It can be a nice selling point to get in doors but you can get by just fine without it at first. I would suggest it being high on the priority list, probably right after your small truck and supplies. I pay 160.00 per month for myself and two employees.
