I get the manager who keeps telling me that she will pass the quote on the manager and keeps saying “Every time you come in you catch me at a bad time”

Alex, when I’m cleaning windows and i realize a certain one is problematic and taking forever, i skip it and save it for later. That way I’m not losing momentum and I’m continuing to accomplish something. This strategy is effective in all areas of life and I’d say it applies here. You’ve encountered a “block of granite” and it’s bogging you down. How many other businesses could you have approached in the time it’s taken you to possibly wear out your welcome with this one. If you keep trying every manager who gives you the runaround, you’ll never get anywhere cause most will do this. Instead, do what the others have said and move on to the next. Eventually, you’ll strike gold. If you’re hungry, all the more reason to work in the most effective way.
