How much time doing "paperwork" each week?

By my experience, you are in the norm. scheduling can be a bear, er time suck, in peak season and bad weather rescheduling
while I excluded finance, I did mean to include what you mentioned about deposits, a/r, etc. plus the time to run the errands etc.

it’s crazy isn’t it? almost a whole week a month time wise to do all the routine non income generating work

then there’s the time suck black hole of everything marketing . . . but it sounds like you have a mature route and are dialed in

you mentioned making more but not at your age, implying longer or more days, with what sounds like a full or mature route you have, at your age go for it: I would suggest experimenting on new jobs at higher rates, get comfortable seeing how easily your get 10% more than keep moving up from there, you will find new invigoration building a new route on a new rate schedule, it’s fun, try it!

Absolutely. I work about 20 - 25 hours a week. My time with paperwork is very minimal.
