Annually to bi-annually. Sometimes i have done them 3x in a year.
We all know. Most trades have a issue doing the same work for themselves. We do it all day.
And sure don’t feel like doing it when we get home…
But… If my window cleaner has dirty windows. Why should i have him do mine???
Same goes for lawn care etc…
Would it be a issue??? If am am trying to get a customer. To go with me for bi-annual cleaning service.
But i don’t do the same @ my home?? Just a thought… Lead by example

Storms removed from the outside on a ladder. No thanks. Only good for training purposes.
I do mine about 3 times a year or when I train a new guy, but I did just move and had to wash and scrape every inch of the new windows and build all new screens so they look damn good now.
