I’ve been feeling it here myself (Central Texas).
My commercial accounts have been trucking along. I had lots of small $40/mnth storefront accounts drop off.
I can’t complain. I needed a break and with 60+ days in a row of 105F + heat…I’ve been booking out Sept.

The few I speak with all experienced an earlier slow down. I failed to do the necessary marketing in June so it’s hurting right now.
That said, our market grew during covid. Our real estate market boomed, our tech industries went strong. 2022 the weather and the amount of people selling at peak home values drove ridiculous sales.
Homes are down 15%, those who are going to move did, I believe our market is finally experiencing negative impacts of the pandemic. Still a solid year, just not gang busters
