I don’t know what makes that so noteworthy, Karlos, there are singing mounties around here all the time. And of course no buildings to be seen anywhere as we live in the bush. With wi-fi, of course.

When my transmission went in my Chevy between Toronto & Montreal & I produced my English AA card with a London address - they asked if the auto association will know me personally - no kidding!
Even worse, driving down in Texas I got asked “did you drive all the way from England?” When I questioned them more - they thought that Canada & the UK was something like a 20 min ferry crossing apart.
Worse still…the Chevy used to drink more oil than gas. Coming out of K-mart with 3 gallons of oil, they asked me “paper or plastic?” I said “cash.”
