Google Calendar. It doesn’t sync, so that part is manual. I use Batchbook for CRM though and that does sync with Freshbooks. So all the backend, client data, and billing syncs…just the scheduling is separate.
I do the same with Quickbooks Online. Highly recommend it! Can even email invoices or estimates from iPhone/ipad app

Office Depot will print them up for you. They carbon copy just like “duplicate checks” do. I made my own half sheet of a 8.5 x 11 (8.5 x 5.5) and gave it to them to produce.
All my customers are paperless, this did take awhile to get them to go. But in the end it was worth it. The storefronts get pdf format in there email at the beginning or end of the week even if there is a special cleaning. The ones that are on cc’s get one as well from Square. Obviously they don’t pay cash anymore. To many go-backs
I don’t do store front anymore but when I did I used to invoice once a month for all jobs. For weekly jobs all cleanings go on one invoice at the end of the month. Or if they want verification for each cleaning you can print one work order at the beginning of the month and have them sign it each week and than include it with the invoice at the end of the month.
You can get them made at a print shop.
