Found this company on Google in my area for wcing. Just seems way to cheap to me. Do any of you quote by square footage? Do you think its just a bait and switch hook?

New company that has yet to clean a window before listing those prices? 6000 sf home for about $234 in and out? I would shoot myself at the end of the day with those prices.
